Where did medieval toture take place?

Where would such terrible things take place? What sick minded individual would allow this type of thing in or even near their building? Certainly not a church right? WRONG!

I don't know about you but that is pretty gruesome!

  2. Well there was that whole inquisition thing so them being in the bottom of churches is actually rather appropriate.

  3. I know it may sound odd, but I would have loved to live back then and witness some of these torture sessions. On a "bad guy," obviously. I wouldn't even mind being the person who does the torturing!

  5. Pretty brutal stuff! Of course they did it in their basements because they didn't want anyone to see what they were doing lol
